There are overdoor heaters at each end of the hall. 1 press for 15 mins, 2 presses 30 mins

There are 4 wall heaters in the hall, switches are next to each heater.

Please make sure the all heaters are switched off before you vacate the hall.

There is a £1 coin in slot prepayment meter for electricity for hall heating and a separate £1 coin in slot prepayment meter for kitchen appliances (cooker, kettle, hot water, etc) 

The prepayment meters are located in the electricity cupboard.

The latest electrical installation condition certificate can be viewed in the meter cupboard. 

The stop tap for the water to the hall is located on the left-hand side just inside the doorway in the gent’s toilet.

There is a Gas Hob and Oven in the kitchen. There are 2 gas bottles located outside the hall to the side of the kitchen. They are configured with an Auto changeover facility.
